Last year, President Trump vowed to drain the United States military of transgender soldiers. Yet despite the Commander-in-Chief’s legal and final say on the matter, liberals are rushing to jam pack the military full of transgender troops.
A new hash tag, #TransBanTweetUp, emerged on Twitter early Thursday, which calls for action against the U.S. President’s orders to keep transgenders from participating in the Armed Forces.
Leading the charge in the campaign is left-wing activist group, ‘Lambda Legal’. According to the group’s website, Lambda legal is a “national organization committed to achieving full recognition of the civil rights of lesbians, gay men, bisexuals, transgender people…”
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY: One year ago today, @realDonaldTrump woke up and decided to launch a far-reaching tweet attack on all #transgender service members with the #TransMilitaryBan. #TransBanTweetUp pic.twitter.com/b0LGLoQEql

Joining in the chorus of activism against President Trump’s transgender ban is a host of fringe, left wing voices, including some members of Congress.
The transgender troop ban is disrespectful and dishonorable to the thousands of transgender service members who are boldly serving our country. RT to join us! #TransBanTweetUp #ProtectTransTroops pic.twitter.com/UxI72kUwSH

One year ago today, @realDonaldTrump tweeted a shameful and prejudiced ban on our transgender troops. I continue to stand in support of our transgender service members and recruits who are capable and willing to serve. #ProtectTransTroops #TransBanTweetUp

We should thank any Americans who willingly volunteer to put their lives on the line to defend us. The transban is not only unconstitutional, it means qualified people aren’t joining the ranks. Thanks @GenderJusticeWA, @HRC and everyone else pushing back together #transbantweetup

One year ago today, people from WA & across the nation stood up & let @realDonaldTrump know his plan to ban transgender troops from our military was a non-starter—& we won’t let him forget the sacrifice transgender troops make in service to our country. #TransBanTweetUp

Courts nationwide have been clear—Trump’s trans military ban is discrimination, no matter how it’s phrased or the myriad ways this admin tries to cloak its intent. I continue to support our transgender service members & capable recruits. #TransBanTweetUp

Despite any legalities and technicalities, President Trump is Commander-in-Chief of the United States military. As Commander, Trump has final say in issues pertaining to organization and fielding of service men and women.
There are many valid reasons why the President should not want transgenders to serve in the United States military. Chief among them is the astronomical suicide rate among transgender individuals.
Transgenders also face extraordinary levels of clinical depression which makes for many dangerous situations on the battle field.
It must also be noted that while in service of the nation, transgender soldiers are entitled to free or low cost medical treatments, including sex change operations. In other words, tax payers are required to foot the bill for transgender soldiers who wish to change their sex from male to female or vice versa.
As it stands today, Trump’s transgender ban is facing much upheaval in the U.S. court system. It is unclear whether the President’s ban will be decided upon as legal or as unconstitutional. But, with a new, conservative majority in the Supreme Court, it is likely that the ban will be upheld much to the dismay of radical, liberal loons who seek to turn America’s oldest and most precious institutions inside out and upside down.
