A Muslim mayor of a small New Jersey town has just signed an executive order blocking any enforcement of President Trump’s immigration policies within the bounds of his own city.
Mohamed Khairullah is a Syrian born migrant who’s served as mayor of Prospect Park, New Jersey since 2006.
Khairullah’s order effectively turns Prospect Park, with a population of no more than six thousand, into a sanctuary city for illegal immigrants.
The mayor’s order reads, “No department, committee, agency, commission, officer or employee of the Borough of Prospect Park shall use any Borough funds or resources to assist in the enforcement of Federal Immigration Law.”
Khairullah explained to reporters his reasoning behind the executive action proclaiming, “It is important to me as a person who came to the U.S as an immigrant, that we uphold our laws and values”.

What Mr. Mohamed Khairullah needs to understand is that his ‘values’ are NOT shared by the American public at large.
According to a 2015 poll conducted by Rasmussen, the majority of voters in the United States- and not just Republican voters- demand that a wall be constructed on the southern U.S. border and that criminal aliens are swiftly deported back to their countries of origin.
As of this post’s original date, the heads of Google, Microsoft and other large corporations are pushing back against President Trump’s executive orders pertaining to illegal immigration and refugees.
Clearly there is a disconnect between what America’s heartland demands and what elite interests are promoting through ‘fake news’ propaganda and violent, left-wing extremism on the streets.
