Fuck the Feds: California Pot Dispesnaries Ordered to Shut Down

Today it was announced that legal medical marijuana dispensaries in California will be shut down due to conflict between state and federal law.

Here’s what the money grubbing, establishment pawn attorneys for the federal government had to say over the matter:

“Under United States law, a dispensary’s operations involving sales and distribution of marijuana are illegal and subject to criminal prosecution and civil enforcement actions. Real and personal property involved in such operations are subject to seizure by and forfeiture to the United States … regardless of the purported purpose of the dispensary.”

Yeah, okay. I’m sure whoever wrote the aforementioned statement had never enjoyed a blunt or two on at least a few occasions. f**king self righteous hypocrites.

Pot dispensaries in California have forty-five days to close their doors else they will face armed confiscation of their property by men dressed in Darth Vader costumes.

The Associated Press article linked to above is reporting that the move to shut down California’s medical marijuana shops comes after “the Obama administration toughened its stand (on medical marijuana.)”

Haha. I think its funny that when I see an Obama 2012 bumper sticker, it usually appears either next to an anti-war or pro-marijuana sticker. The irony is just so juicy, ain’t it?

Tell you what. Californian pot dispensaries need to man their ground, refuse to close their doors, and organize mass resistance such as what’s being seen with the ‘occupy’ movement. When the jackbooted federal thugs come marching in with their machine guns, the protesters should light up blunts and blow pot-smoke right in their faces!
