Majority of young Americans favor Socialism over Capitalism
Grant J. Kidney — In the following charts produced by Zero Hedge, it can be clearly demonstrated that young Americans between the ages of 18 and 29 overwhelmingly prefer Socialism over Capitalism.
In the U.S., with rising unemployment rates and a stark increase in the cost of food, gas, and rent, who can blame the millions of young people in this country for wanting to side with an economic theory that would see the spreading around of the immense treasure that the capitalist elite are just sitting upon, collecting interest from as the rest of us wallow in our own filth?
Of course Socialism is ultimately not the answer to our economic woes. Rather, a new approach never before tried in human history is what will serve as the saving grace for all people everywhere.
Socialism: root word, ‘social’. Emphasis on society, people.
Capitalism: root word, ‘capital’. Emphasis on money, wealth
