Mitt Romney to receive top secret intelligence briefings
Grant J. Kidney — Presidential candidate Mitt Romney and his running mate Paul Ryan will begin receiving briefings from the U.S. intelligence community starting next week. If this isn’t a ‘seal the deal’ sort of moment in terms of who the next President is going to be, then nothing else is.
Concerning the briefings, a Romney spokesperson declared, ‘They will begin next week and, beyond that, we will have no further comment.”
Lately, President Obama has been skipping his own daily briefings. Was the commander-in-chief sat down and explained to that come November, he will no longer be President and hence no longer deserving of secretive government information?
When Romney recently condemned Obama over his handling of the Libyan crisis, both Republicans and Democrats shot back in defense of the President’s actions. What sort of information was withheld from Romney that would lead to a chastising by those ‘in the know’?
As is customary, Romney has already received secret service protection. But is the presidential candidate being shielded early because it was already decided upon that he would be the next President of the United States?
With prolific Republican propaganda circulating the air-waves, and with films such as ‘Obama 2016′ in movie theaters, it is quite clear that the current social atmosphere has been readjusted to accept Republican domination starting November 5th.
