Super Congress to Prevent American Economic Recovery

Today, the dictatorial American Super Congress was urged by the regular American Congress to “go big” and to do what it takes to reduce the nation’s deficit.

The Super Congress was established around the same time that S&P downgraded the United State’s credit score as a “slap on the wrist” measure designed to get America’s leaders thinking forward in terms of ways to reduce the country’s astronomical debt.

The Super Congress consists of the “holy twelve”- a group that the mainstream media calls our “best and brightest” in terms of finance and economic wherewithal. But of course these are not our best and brightest and represent only the utter failure in American politics.

The Super Congress is less than super and will only prevent an American economic recovery from occurring.

Just when we thought there was enough red-tape and bureaucracy in this country- precisely what got us into our economic mess in the first place- the government goes ahead and creates this Super Congress- a council of idiots who are wrongly and unjustly invested with the power to determine our fate as a nation.
