Twitter, Apple Steal Millions of Smartphone User’s Personal Data

Grant J. Kidney— The social media giant Twitter has recently come under intense scrutiny after admitting to stealing millions of smartphone user’s address books and storing it on their servers.

Apple, who’s iPhone features a Twitter application, has also taken some heat for allowing the practice of such activity to even take place.

Upon revelation of the gross invasion of privacy on part of both Apple and Twitter, both companies scurried to announce that they will offer a new and improved privacy policy in the future. “We’re working to make this even better for our customers, and as we have done with location services, any app wishing to access contact data will require explicit user approval in a future software release.”, stated an Apple spokesperson.

The revelation of the privacy invasion was first noticed by a Blogger from Singapore. “As an aside — never in my wildest dreams did I imagine this to blow up like this. I hope we can keep calm and continue to discuss this sensibly.”, wrote Arun Thampi on his personal blog.

Both Twitter and Apple have proven themselves in recent times as being nothing more than rotten institutions hell bent on furthering the aims and objectives of the corporate new world order system.

Twitter has announced that it will begin censoring tweets deemed ‘controversial’ by various governments across the planet. This latest attack on free speech by the social media giant comes in response to many of the protest movements like Occupy Wall Street emerging worldwide.

Apple corporation is also struggling with increasing levels of suicide by factory workers in China who suffer beneath some of the most horrible of working conditions imaginable.

With Apple beginning to merge with the U.S. government potentially to assist in the invasive spy-drone program designed to monitor the day to day activity of American citizens, it becomes quite clear that the corporatist agenda to keep mankind in shackles is pushing forward at full-steam.
