‘The President can’t be everywhere’: Homeland Security chief makes excuses for Obama on Louisiana

The devastation in Louisiana is massive and yet Obama remains a no-show.

When grilled as to why the POTUS has yet to visit the flooded state, Secretary of Homeland Security, Jeh Johnson remarked that ‘the President can’t be everywhere’.

The damage from the flooding in Louisiana is surreal. But where is the President?

Of course though the President CAN be on the golf course during a time of great catastrophe- this we know to be true.

The White House has since announced that Obama will tour Louisiana on Tuesday of this week cutting short yet another long vacation away from Presidential duties.

Good on Donald Trump for actually visiting the state much quicker than the actual, current President. Just a taste of the leadership and responsiveness that a Trump administration will exude.
