Why Ron Paul Should Drop Out of the GOP Race
I am a fervent and ardent supporter of Ron Paul- but given the media’s absolute victory in so preventing a Ron Paul nominee scenario, its probably time for Dr. Paul to just throw in the towel and to quit the race.
Even after Paul quits the race, he will continue to have tremendous influence. He’d probably be able to do a lot more for the cause of liberty from the sidelines anyway.
There’s no doubt in my mind that Ron Paul had won the Iowa caucuses and probably New Hampshire as well. Paul’s ground support and organization was just too powerful to allow for a second or third place finish- yet this is precisely what had occurred.
Considering the mounds of evidence of voter fraud in Iowa and in other places, its reasonable to assume then that those who would pull strings to prevent a Ron Paul win probably did pull those strings- and pull them hard.
Ron Paul speaks concerning real issues. His pro-peace, pro-civil libertarian positions are what make him so popular. Yet despite Paul’s obvious support from the disenfranchised across this nation, the establishment continues to uphold their phony, cardboard cut-out candidates.
Paul, who is 76 years of age, certainly shows great passion in his speeches concerning the issues he cares most about. One thing Paul isn’t too great at doing however is taking aim at the crooks and liars who’ve suppressed his campaign to such a malevolent extent.
Ron Paul had the chance to speak out about the apparent voter fraud in Iowa and potentially reveal a genuine, sinister plot to keep him from ever achieving the White House. Ron Paul did no such thing however. In fact, he’s kept his mouth shut all this time, not once addressing how badly he was screwed over in this election.
If Paul is willing to just lie down and take it from the big banks and the mega corporations, allowing his message to be openly suppressed, what kind of President would he be anyway? And here comes the hate mail…
So what if Ron Paul is in the race now just to gain a speaking spot at the convention? What good will speaking to a bunch of fluoride-head, pro neo-con voters be anyway? As soon as Paul opens his mouth about curtailing the American empire, he’s going to get booed off the stage.
